Enabling better and safer materials

Improving the Damage Tolerance, the Toughness and the Conductivity of composite parts remains an industrial challenge to limit maintenance & warranty return fees, ensure durability and lighter parts.

Even if high performance components or toughening technologies can be used for composite manufacturing, players still face with some limits or undesired drawbacks ( loss of existing properties...).

Since the last 5 years, more than 3,000 samples have been tested by third-parties (resin formulators, prepreg makers,…) to evaluate and certify the benefits of Nanoledge resin systems for composite parts manufacturing.
